Appointments

Our receptionist and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 7 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as equine colic, lacerations, snake bites, hit by car, problems with labor and delivery, and toxin ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call us immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. For after hours emergencies call our main phone number and listen to the answering machine message; you will be directed to call one of our on call doctors who can assist you with your animal's needs.

We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening, but you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment. Our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments.  When you arrive, our receptionist will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.  We also offer drop off services.  You can drop your pet off anytime during business hours while you go to work or run errands.  While you are gone your pet will be getting the top quality care we provide and you can pick up when the services are completed and you are done with your busy schedule.  We strive to be as convenient as possible for your families needs.

Testimonial

  • "New to Colorado and have had to deal with Expensive VCA clinics in town. My greyhound had an issue with this front paw, and I took him to Living Springs. The staff friendly and professional and took care great care of my dog. Unlike VCA clinics, I did not have to mortgage my home for a vet visit. Quite a drive from Denver but worth it."
