She graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine May 11, 2018, and accepted Dr. Gochanour's offer to become a member of the Living Springs Veterinary Team.

Natalie has a passion for nutrition, ophthalmology, and exotic medicine. Though she loves working with all species, exotics can make her day! When not at the clinic, Natalie loves to run and hike with her husband, Ross, and their dog Dodger. Natalie and Ross also love to dance, including country swing and salsa. During her alone time, Natalie loves to paint, read, and cuddle with her two guinea pigs, Genie and Prince Felipe the III.

She decided that she wanted to attend Bel Rea and become a Vet Tech to pursue a career in both science and animals, both of which she loves.  A graduate of Bel Rea in 2013, Karen then became a CVT shortly after. Karen was able to work in the field while in school, giving her a great start in her career. In these past years she has enjoyed learning and growing as a tech and loves working with all species big and small. She has too many furry family members of her own to mention individually, but they include; dogs, goats, horses, and a chicken. Her spare time is usually spent enjoying her critters with her hubby. One big thing to know about Karen is that she especially LOVES Standard Poodles and all things fluffy/ curly! Karen's words were, 'I’m super excited to get to grow as a Vet Tech here at Living Springs and to get to know all of you!'

  • Mary
    Reception and Veterinary Technician

Mary’s mid-life crisis turned out to be the best thing she’s ever done in her life. She went back to school at Bel-Rea Veterinary Technician Institute and has worked in the field for the last 20 years as a veterinary technician, practice manager, Bel-Rea instructor, sales, and now veterinary assistant/receptionist after she ‘retired’ in 2016. The grand passion in life is her work with a group that rescues retired puppy mill breeders, fostering those dogs who need a little more time and patience before they go to their forever homes. As a result she is a multiple ‘failed foster mom’ after adopting several with special needs or other issues. Mary and her husband Bob share their home with their own dogs, foster dogs, and even a couple cats. Mary’s motto--It’s all about the dogs.

Testimonial

  • "New to Colorado and have had to deal with Expensive VCA clinics in town. My greyhound had an issue with this front paw, and I took him to Living Springs. The staff friendly and professional and took care great care of my dog. Unlike VCA clinics, I did not have to mortgage my home for a vet visit. Quite a drive from Denver but worth it."
